I first of all realized I was not paying attention. (cause, it's way too easy to not listen to what others are saying) Then I gave the person eye contact(but not too much cause that makes people uncomfortable) and nodded my head every once and a while. And after they were done talking or stating there opinion I gave them my answer or opinion about the topic in a clear voice so the other person or the other people in the conversation.
Having a conversation is really hard for some, but like drinking water for others.
To make sure we are listening what that person is saying, we should make eye contact and nod our heads. Then we must give our opinion about the topic that is being talked about and one who talks properly and presents their ideas clearly will be easy to follow.

Eye contact is similar to a conversation and it goes back and forth between those individuals who are engaged in a discussion or talking.

It can be easy to get caught up in a story that is being told, waiting for the next joke to be said, or listening so intently for the next word that may be spoken that we forget what our eye contact might be saying. Staring can create a feeling of uneasiness for both the person talking and the person listening.
