Dec. 20 240 units at $96 Dec. 14 166 units
Dec. 31 200 units
Assume that the business maintains a perpetual inventory system, costing by the first-in, first-out method. Determine the cost of goods sold for each sale and the inventory balance after each sale, presenting the data in the form illustrated in Exhibit.
Under FIFO, if units are in inventory at two different costs, enter the units with the LOWER unit cost first in the Cost of Goods Sold Unit Cost column and in the Inventory Unit Cost column.

Answers

The cost of sales and the inventory balance at the given dates are:
Date         Cost of sales        Inventory Balance

Dec 14        $14,800                         48

Dec 31        $22,752                            14

What is FIFO?

FIFO means first in, first out. It means that it is the first purchased inventory that is the first to be sold.

The items sold on Dec 12 would be taken from the beginning inventory.

Inventory left = (310 - 240) + 144 = 214

Cost of goods sold = 88 x 240 =   $21,120

The items sold on Dec 14 would be taken from the beginning inventory and the items bought on Dec 10.

Inventory left = 214 - 166 = 48

Cost of goods sold = (88 x 70) + [(166 - 70) x 90] =

6160 +8640 = $14,800

The items sold on Dec 31 would be taken from the inventory purchase on Dec 10 and 20.

Inventory left = (48 + 240) - 200 = 88

Cost of good sold = (48 x 90) + [(240 - 48) x 96) =

What amount of interest revenue from the lease should Smith Co. report in its December 31, 2021, income statement

Answers

Smith Co. should report $4,900 amount of interest revenue from the lease in its December 31, 2021, income statement.

What is interest revenue?

Interest revenue is the earnings that an entity receives from any investments it makes, or on debt it owns.

Explanation:- 6 month depreciation expense on leased equipment (July 1 to Dec 31) = Fair value of equipment / Estimated useful life *6/12

    = $58,000/10 *6/12

    = $2,900

Interest expense up to Dec 31, 2021 = (Total present value of lease payment - Lease payment on July1, 2021) *8% *6/12

    = ($58,000 - $8,000) * 8% * 6/12

    = $2,000

(This is what i have so far, yeah i know its bad) Whilst investigating the death of a local assassin, a brave student called Kurisu uncovers a legend about a supernaturally-cursed, golden kunai circulating throughout New York. As soon as anyone uses the kunai, he or she has exactly 8 weeks left to live. The doomed few appear to be ordinary people during day to day life, but when photographed, they look distorted. A marked person feels like a burning fire to touch. Kurisu gets hold of the kunai, refusing to believe the superstition. A collage of images flash into his mind: a bloody mask balancing on a assassin's face, an old newspaper headline about a gang accident, a hooded man ranting about bodys and a drinking well located in a hidden location in the woods. When Kurisu notices his arms have fire-like properties, he realizes that the curse of the golden kunai is true and calls in his friend, a nurse called Alex, to help. Alex examines the kunai and willingly submits herself to the curse. She finds that the same visions flash before her eyes. She finds the bloody mask balancing on an assassin's face particularly chilling. She joins the queue for a supernatural death. Kurisu and Alex pursue a quest to uncover the meaning of the visions, starting with a search for the hooded man. A few years later, Kurisu walked over to the window and reflected on his dark surroundings. He had survived the curse and was now living in the forest next to the well. He had figured his friend Alex burned up in flames as he didnt see her make it to drink from the well in time. Then he saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was the figure of Alex. Kurisu gulped. He was not prepared for Alex. As Kurisu stepped outside and Alex came closer, he could see the easy glint in her eye. "I am here because I want you dead," Alex bellowed, in a giving tone. You left me to die out there she showed him a burn across her arms. This is what that curse did to me She slammed her fist against Kurisu's chest, with the force of 10 bulls. "But it made me stronger, Kurisu." Kurisu looked back, even more shocked and still holding the gold kunai. "Alex, I don't want to hurt you," he replied. They looked at each other with mixed feelings. While classical music played in the background, two angry and confused people were standing in the rain. Kurisu regarded Alex's skinny limbs and burnt body. He held out his hand. "Let's not fight," he whispered, gently. "Hmph," pondered Alex. "Please?" begged Kurisu I never meant to hurt you. He showed her that he had a scar across his face from the golden blade. Alex looked concerned, her body glistening in the morning rain like a bloody knife. Then Kurisu led Alex inside for a nice glass of lemonade. THE END
